The extrusion machine is suitable for the production of PTFE (fluorine plastic) high temperature resistant, wires, casings, various thin-skinned insulation multi-layer extrusions, local area cable data cable core wire extrusion, outer sheath extrusion, etc.

Characteristics:
It is suitable for the production of fluoroplastics such as FEP (polyfluoroethylene propylene, also known as F46), FPA (oxidized alkoxyethylene resin) and ESFE (also known as F40).
Screw barrel: all adopt the new No. 3 steel GH113 (same as American GDA material) for corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance or imported Hastelloy gold steel.
Machine head: special non-adjustable machine head or adjustable machine head made of new No. 3 gold steel GH113 or Microdia machine head and vacuum device imported from Switzerland.
Heating system: high temperature resistant cast copper alloy heater is used.
Quality control: Equipped with external diameter detection feedback device, Japanese TAKIKAWA concave-convex tester to control the outer diameter of the product in the whole process, British BETA water capacitance tester, high-frequency spark machine and concentricity and other process parameters.
